The Chef’s Table
Executive Chef Anthony Keene has opened up his kitchen for a truly unique dining experience at The Chef’s Table. Indulge in a nine-course tasting menu, while seated in the Gordon Ramsay kitchen and enjoy a first-hand glimpse of our kitchen operations in full swing. Receive personal attention from Chef Keene and enjoy your own customized experience, including a special menu to suit your palate.
Price of $200 per guest includes a nine-course tasting with wine pairings.

Private Chef’s Class and Dinner
For an alternative experience, host a private Chef’s cooking class followed by a specially designed six-course meal. Our team will work with you to create the perfect menu while our Sommelier assists with wine tasting and pairings. Dinner is served in one of our restaurant's chic private dining rooms.
Price of $2,000 includes a six-course menu with wine; coffee and tea for eight people; champagne and canapés upon arrival; approximately five hours of cooking instruction; copies of all recipes; signature Chef's jacket; and a copy of Gordon Ramsay's "Healthy Appetite" cookbook signed by the kitchen team.

CHEF’S MASTER CLASSES
Learn how to create our signature dishes in an intimate class led by Executive Chef Anthony Keene. Start with champagne, canapés and a tour of our award-winning kitchen. Then menus are prepared and demonstrated course-by-course. Each dish is served in the kitchen as it's completed, accompanied by paired wine or beer chosen by our Sommelier.
Price of $190 includes signature Gordon Ramsay butcher's apron, copies of all recipes and a copy of Gordon Ramsay's "Healthy Appetite" cookbook signed by the kitchen team.

Aug 21 – Easy Summer Frozen Desserts
Master the simplicity of making sumptuous frozen sweets, including handcrafted ice creams, sorbets and whimsical treats such as Salted Peanut Fudgesicles and Frozen Chocolate Bon Bons.
Sept 25 – Global Rice Dishes: Signature Favorites
Learn how to craft our favorite rice dishes from the East and West, including Sushi – Spicy Tuna and California Rolls, Thai Coconut Soup with Jasmine Rice and our signature Risotto dish prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients.
Oct 23 – Classic Italian: Pastas and Sauces
Perfect the art of pasta making and preparing basic sauces from scratch. Master traditional Italian classics, including Ravioli, Fettuccini, Pesto and Tomato Basil Sauces.
Nov 20 – Holiday Dishes: Family Dinners
Create an unforgettable holiday dinner with a festive menu of Roasted Prime Rib with a Port Wine Sauce, Potato Gratin, Winter Salad of Apples and a Chocolate Soufflé.
Dec 4 – Holiday Desserts: Decadent Favorites
Master the fundamentals of baking traditional pies, tarts and fanciful holiday treats.
